The Green Key Effect
Explore architectural transformations detailing how raw structural spaces evolve into premium finished facilities through precise planning and craftsmanship.
Long Plain Rez Plex
An empty, raw metal frame is an invitation. For the Long Plain First Nation community, Green Key Builders turned this warehouse-scale open shell into a highly functional, vibrant recreation and community hub. This project required precise site coordination, acoustic framing, robust thermal insulation, and exceptional drywall finishing to stand up to decades of active community use.
Behind the Build
The Raw Shell
Coordinating initial trade access and securing the warehouse-scale structural steel envelope before framing began.
Precision Core Framing
Installing robust thermal insulation barrier sheets, custom acoustic partitions, and high-durability backing supports.
The Green Key Finish
Applying durable, low-VOC paint coatings and resilient floor finishes for active, long-term public community use.
